Applicant login
Applicants can create a login and maintain their data themselves at a later date. This reduces the time and effort required to enter and check applicant data.
Measures
Measures can be recorded for the applicant (applicant coaching, application letter training).
Google Jobs
Job offers are automatically prepared for Google Jobs so that Google can retrieve them automatically.
Interface to the JOBBÖRSE of the employment agency
With the interface, your vacancies are also transferred to the JOBBÖRSE of the employment agency incl. your contact details.

- The transfer takes place automatically on a regular basis and the vacancies appear in the JOBBÖRSE after just a few minutes.
- You can specify whether all open vacancies are generally transferred, only changed ones or whether you want to make different settings for certain vacancies.
- Quick option for complete removal and new creation (better ranking for new jobs) or for deactivation at holiday time. Jobs are automatically given a new reference number.
- The job offers in the PAV software and in the JOBBÖRSE are automatically synchronised without manual intervention.

Indeed
Your job offers can be transferred to Indeed.
You first need an employer account with Indeed. It is best to contact the support/sales department, if necessary register beforehand. They can clarify all organisational matters with you.
As soon as the organisational details have been clarified, we will prepare a job feed, which Indeed will then check once again and then activate. Afterwards, job offers are automatically transferred to Indeed.
Data Extractor
Data Extractor can automatically capture and analyze applicant data from applications, resumes and other documents.

- With semantic information categorization
- Multi-language support (currently more than 30 languages) (optional add-on module)

Seminars
You can offer seminars and display them embedded in your homepage, for example. Interested parties can book seminars directly in a booking mask. Seminars with modules can be offered and participant lists managed (independent of the applicant database).
- Seminars can be split into sub-seminars (seminar modules), which can also be booked separately.
